Who is responsible
Movimento Livre, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda. (NIPC PT 517 182 351), the company operating the bridgr.studio brand, is the data controller for personal information processed through this website. Contact us at community@bridgr.studio, at our registered seat Rua Paulo da Gama 1, 2760-091 Caxias, Oeiras, Portugal, or at the studio, Rua Leite de Vasconcelos 3A, 1170-197 Lisboa.
Information we collect
- Account information supplied through sign-in, such as name, email and profile image.
- Booking and enquiry information, including contact details, selected services, dates, notes and payment status.
- Your email address and consent time when you join our mailing list.
- Technical information needed for security, reliability and basic website operation.
- Information you choose to send us by email or through a form.
Why we use it
We use this information to take steps at your request, provide and administer bookings and memberships, process payments, answer enquiries, protect the service, meet legal obligations and, where applicable, pursue our legitimate interest in improving our services. With your consent, we send occasional emails about innovation in creativity and bridgr events. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us.
Services and recipients
Information may be processed by trusted providers that support authentication, hosting, database services, payment processing, email delivery, maps and embedded Instagram media. They receive only what is necessary for their role. Instagram content loads only after you choose to play it; opening or loading it may allow Meta to process device and usage information under its own policy.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual administration and applicable accounting or legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados. Send requests to community@bridgr.studio.
Cookies and similar storage
We use three categories, and only the first is active by default.
- Strictly necessary. Sign-in session, security and checkout. These cannot be switched off, since the service does not work without them.
- Third-party embeds. The Google Maps frame in the footer and Instagram media. They load only after you accept embeds or press the button on the placeholder, and the provider may then set its own cookies under its own policy.
- Analytics. Reserved and currently unused. No analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking scripts run on this website.
You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and your browser can restrict storage entirely, although parts of the service may then stop working.
