About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, book or request a bridgr service, or join a bridgr membership. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms shown at checkout and on this page.
You are contracting with Movimento Livre, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda., NIPC PT 517 182 351, registered seat Rua Paulo da Gama 1, 2760-091 Caxias, Oeiras, Portugal, which operates the bridgr.studio brand and issues all invoices.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from bridgr. Requests for Academy, events or other bespoke work are enquiries, not confirmed reservations, until scope, timing and price are accepted in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate details and arriving on time.
Prices, IVA and invoicing
Prices are shown in euros. Applicable Portuguese IVA is calculated and displayed before payment. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Any additional crew, equipment, overtime, damage or agreed extras may be charged separately.
Business customers established in the EU, the UK or Switzerland who give a valid VAT identification number at checkout are invoiced at 0% under the reverse-charge rules and account for the tax in their own country. The number is validated before the invoice is issued; if it cannot be validated, Portuguese IVA applies. Invoices are issued by Movimento Livre, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda., NIPC PT 517 182 351, and sent by email once payment succeeds.
Changes and cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Requests for Academy, events or other bespoke work follow the terms agreed in writing for that engagement. Contact community@bridgr.studio as soon as possible; any specific cancellation terms shown during booking take priority.
Memberships
Membership benefits begin after successful payment and activation. Recurring fees are charged at the interval shown at checkout. If you cancel, access and benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period; no further renewal is charged. Unless required by law, partially used billing periods are not prorated.
Studio use
- Follow staff instructions and use rooms and equipment responsibly.
- Do not bring unlawful, unsafe or disruptive activity into the studio.
- You are responsible for your guests and for loss or damage caused by your party beyond normal wear.
- Recording others and using music, images or other protected material requires the necessary permissions and licences.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, bridgr is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, third-party services or loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
